Keeps disconnecting from WiFi when connecting to APP Store

For some reason when I connect to the App store with WiFi enabled and working, WiFi disconnects and the App Store starts to use my iPhones Data plan. The only way to re-enable WiFi is by going to > Settings > Wi-Fi > Select network > Renew Lease
Tried restarting, running 3.0.

Any ideas?
