Kensington battery booster pack for iPhone

Any reason my Kensington iPhone battery extender wouldn't work for my iPad as well? Same connector.

(NOT that anyone really ever needs to worry, since the battery life on iPad is incredible. I am merely curious.)

All my battery packs do not charge the iPad. Including Kensington and Richard Solo.

It may not even charge it at all. Remember the iPad needs a 10W AC adapter whereas the iPhone needs only needs a 5W one. The iPad is quite picky about what you plug it into remember.
