Kensington lock slot on the new Macbook Pro with Retina display

    Was anyone able to notice this in the pictures? Engadget says it's there, but where?

    Just had a chat with an online apple store representative. She said that the technical document of the new macbook pro does not have any mention of a kensington lock slot.

    They are highlighting the differences and what has changed. That's why it's on that table.

    I think it's confusing, but that's their idea.

    Would you really feel safe leaving your 2k+ laptop unattended ? Besides theft there could be vandilism, accidents, etc etc.
