I've known Brian for a long time and I'm very happy for him and his fellow researchers! I have had the opportunity to go with Brian into lower mountain rain forest at night and I'll never forget how interesting and fun it was. He runs a center called Costa Rican Amphibian Research Center and will guide people who want to learn more about frogs and the local ecosystem. I seem to recall he has hosted Bob Ballard and other notable folks at his center.
