kernal error on old Powerbook G4 (screenshot included)

Hi all,

I'm trying to salvage this old Powerbook G4. The previous owner gave me a couple hard drives with it. I tried plugging both of them in(one at a time), but I am getting the following error screen when I power on the machine.

Does anyone have a clue as to whats going on, or how I might get this thing working?
