    It happened both times while opening the computer fromm sleep mode. :(

    Have you moved or renamed any system files or folders? If yes, you have to reinstall your entire system from the disk.

    No.. I renamed my HD yesterday.. but that was after the first one.

    Test your hardware before you do anything drastic like reinstalling the OS.

    I ran Tech Tool Deluxe that came with my AppleCare and everything passed.

    Can anyone decipher the logs? :confused:

    Does this only happen when you're in sleep mode? Is the computer doing anything else (e.g., are you on the net, any other applications open)?
