Hey all,

Have a macbook pro that the kernal_task is anywhere from 425-500% cpu usage. I have reloaded os couple different versions with same result. Also have issues with fan spinning high at all times. I have ran apple diags and get a error code: 4SNS/1/C0000008: Th1H - - 124 . I have replaced heatsink and fans with no change. I have reset SMC a bunch of times. No change. Im at a loss with this system.:( Any ideas

Just from searching around, it appears that AHT error code is a bad temperature sensor. That would cause the fan to run high like you are seeing.

Thanks for quick reply.

I have found that online as well. I'm just confused if the temp sensor is built into logic board?
