Kernel panic after trying to update Thunderbolt Software 1.2

I tried to update the Thunderbolt Software Update 1.2 that release today, but it got error and force me to restart the computer. After restart i got the kernel panic and can't enter the OS anymore not even safe mode.

I have it restore to my backup and its working but when i attempt to update the Thunderbolt software it happen again.

I check all the hardware when i got in after the backup and all the status is "Ok".
