Hello,

I purchased a brand new Macbook on 12/09/07. However, it has been giving me randome kernel/panic attacks.

I did not purchase Applecare. However, do you think I can take this back into the Apple Store to get looked at?

Sure you can take it to Apple store but when it happens? What programs you running? Whats in the crash log?

How can I pull the crash log? I am very new using macs...so I didn't even think of looking at that...

No change in RAM. The only thing that I've down is install Office for MAC...

You don't need AppleCare -- the Mac is covered under the one year warranty. I'd bring this Mac back to the Apple Store. This is not normal behavior by any means, and is indicative of a hardware issue.

Go to Application>Utilities>Console>Panics
Do you use Transmission or Azureus a lot? Over the air?

Thanks...here's is what two of those logs look like
