Hi All,

First time posting and not sure what I am doing!

I hope you can help as I am completely lost in regards to what to do and have been trying to resolve this for over a year. I have been bashing my brain to figure out whats going on with my macbook with no luck. Have replaced the SSD, RAM and battery and still the macbook in the midst of use, will make a crackling sound and the screen with pixelate and shut down. Below is the problem report produced. I hope someone can help. Thank you

I'm not good at reading panic reports but the first paragraph of the report makes reference to CPU a few times.

Does it always happen with the same program, performing the same task, etc.?

Have you tried running the built-in diagnostics? You can run them by powering off and powering on while holding down the "D" key.

So after the battery repair all programs seem to work fine except for Apple Music, maybe 2 or 3 tracks in, it cuts out.

it’s occurred with Apple Music and PowerPoint so far after coming back from receiving a replacement battery. I tired to run diagnostic but I get a globe with an exclamation mark. Attached is what happens before it turn off

Replaced by 3rd party repair centre with Apple approved engineers. They also replaced the SSD and reapplied silicon to the CPU as the MacBook was overheating
