I am going to post this so perhaps NVIDIA can help out.

I have a 3,1 with an EVGA Titan card and when I updated to the latest NVIDIA web driver, the computer panicked and it went into a continuous restart loop.

Really freaked me out, but I was able to get the computer back up again by inserting a GT120 along with the Titan and using the standard OSX drivers for Nvidia cards.

I heard this a fairly isolated issue pertaining to 3,1 MacPros.

    EFI Card

Yes, it's a card I sent for the mod. And it was working really great until the last NVIDIA web driver update.......

PPRAM reset is quick way back tp OSX driver.

I will be doing my best to bring this to Nvidia's attention.

So,could you try this and see if you have same report?

Engage the Web driver via the control panel.

Try to use verbose boot (cmd & v)

It will crash, last thing I saw in verbose was frequently "macx_swapon SUCCESS"

anyhow, do a couple reboots like this, then do a PRAM reset ((cmd, shift, p,r) this will switch you back to OSX built in driver

then open console and find the "System Diagnostic Reports" I have copy & pasted the top section (without long list of extensions)

Titan and GTX780 fine with Mavericks GM. Both of 'em

Just wanted to let everyone know that latest & final Mav build work fine with GTX Titan and GTX780 EFI cards from us.

Hopeful that Nvidia Web Driver for 10.9 doesn't break again.

    GTX Titan with Mavericks 10.9

Well, I did not try to restart the MP 3,1 with the NVIDIA Web driver again. The last time freaked me out, so I installed 10.9 and used it with the default OSX driver which worked just fine.
I thank MacVidCards for looking at the issue with 10.8 and the NVIDIA web driver, but since this is no longer an issue for me, I am going to wait until someone tests the new web driver and has no kernel panics with it before I deploy it.
