Hello, I am getting this panic report after my laptop randomly shuts off. But, the laptop didn't really shut off, the screen turned black but the backlit keyboard was still on and all, so I had to manually shut it off to turn it back on. Any help? Also, the cursor is jumping around the screen, even though I manually uninstalled the trackpad.

I'm not sure how important this is:

What do you mean you "manually uninstalled the trackpad"?

The lines about loading and unloaded kexts isn't that important. The more important lines are the ones just after "Kernel Extensions in backtrace". From those lines, it appear to have been caused by the GPU. It could mean that it is starting to fail or it could be an isolated, random incident.

Is this a 15" or 17" mid 2010 MacBook Pro?

Hey, thank you so much everyone for replying! More than I ever expected. I am typing his on my phone so I will edit tomorrow for a more extensive response.

    1.I own a 15" pro.

    2. A few months ago my trackpad started to malfunction; cursor jumps, new folders; deleting folders- the whole nine yards. Anyways, I brought it to my peachmac dealer, and the new travkpad would be $170 or so, I opted out, and instead asked if they could completely disable the trackpad. They said yes, and they brought the laptop into a back room, so I'm not exactly sure how the track pad was uninstalled, but now it is completely useless. Which was my objective.

So are you saying that unless I am willing to pay several hundred, there is nothing I can do to fix this problem? BTW, I will not be using this computer anymore, I recently bought the y40 from lenovo, and I am thrilled to be free of apple's bugs. ...HOWEVER... my mom will now be using this computer for photoshop and other picture uploading programs, and she said it is an imperative that I fix this macbook pro, or I pay to get it fixed. I saw some videos online of people 'cooking' their logic boards or motherboards. Is that something to consider? But, at the same time, she will also dish out the $150 to pay for a new trackpad.

    What should I do?

You are correct, the logicboard will have to be replaced.

I have done those baking jobs on Logic Boards and they work for a few months but it is tempermental sometimes. Plus, if the design is defective you are just going to hit that problem again! It is best to replace the Logic Board especially since your mom will be pushing the GPU with Photoshop and what not.
