I was recently using my fairly new Unibody Macbook Pro (which just got back from having a fan replace:rolleyes:) and it had a Kernel Panic- the wonderful screen that asks you to hold down the power button, and when I did, much to my surprise, when I powered it up again, IT WOULDN'T STOP BEEPING. BEEP BEEP BEEP :mad::mad:
I can't really figure out what it is, just a gray screen and ENDLESS beeps.

Thanks in advance for the help!

(unfortunately posted from my friends horrible xps *shivers*)

Where in the bootup process does it start beeping? Does the Mac sound the initial "bong" sound? What happens if you try to hold down the option key?

The computer boots to a grey screen, the inital bong can be heard but it's VERY quiet. Nothing occurs when I hold any key, just the grey screen and endless, loud beeps
