Had this problem since day one but didn't think about contacting Apple or asking somebody in this forum since now. I have scheduled a call service from Apple and wanted to get some info for the advanced users before I get a call tomorrow.

I'm still within the return period but would rather keep it if it's not a hardware problem. Had about 16 panics so far.

Upgraded to 8GB but had this problem with 4GBs as well.

    My report reads as...

Interval Since Last Panic Report: 198694 sec
    Panics Since Last Report: 16

you might try de-activating dropbox, since it seems to be instigating the panic.

I've used dropbox on snow leopard with no problems though.

Interesting, please do report back if the problems go away after uninstalling DropBox. I've had it installed for a little over a week now on 10.6.7 and haven't run into any problems.

Kernel panic showed up on my month old rMBP today. I've had Dropbox installed on my machine for three weeks and today was the first time that I noticed Kernel Panic. I restarted my computer and the warning disappeared.

It's interesting cause I have 2 MBPs running Dropbox and never a kernel panic. Both are the 13" models, 1 from 2010 and one from 2011.
