Today, I've gotten quite a number of kernel panic, and in fact, for the past few days, my computer sometimes will not wake from a long sleep.

I decided to take a look at the console, and this is what I saw:

system.log-20071111-001421.jpg

The same messages keep appearing, and seems to be going in a loop.

Thinking it has something to do with PMU, I reset it, but to no avail. Seems like the directory mentioned above are nowhere to be found!

Anyone knows what's going on? Any advise on how I can solve this problem? Re-install Leopard?

hmm - looks like you've got a shareware app called 'Powermanager' installed and that may be the cause of the problem (possibly not Leopard compatible). Try uninstalling it and then rebooting.

Yeah, I used to have Power Manager installed in Tiger...

However, the only Power Manager I found is in the System Preference. I subsequently got it removed, and reboot. But that didn't help one bit.

I've even tried archive and install Leopard, and that didn't help either...

Looks like I might have to erase and install Leopard....
