My Rev-1 MBA 1.6 has been bothering me with kernel panics for the past few months and the frequency is increasing every month. I had two of them today.

I have coolbook installed but it isn't active for the past 1 month and I have got the most number of kernel panics this month. So, coolbook is more or less ruled out as the culprit.

Do I talk to Apple customer-care and open a case with them and follow their instructions to trouble-shoot this, or do I talk to an Apple-genius and demand a replacement? What is the best cure for my MBA's seizure attacks?

I am ready to post the logs if there's anyone out here who can figure out what software / hardware could be causing this issue.

    Please help.

Make an appointment and have a Genius look at it. They'll look at syslogs and see if there is a hardware issue, and they'll probably run some system maintenance tools. They're not going to castrate you for using coolbook - or they shouldn't anyway. If it comes down to you need a replacement computer, they'll offer you one.

Be sure and remove any and all traces of Coolbook before handing it over to a Genius. They won't care if it is disabled, they will blame the problems on it anyway.

A good tech will know what coolbook is and won't blame you or your software for things which you are not at fault for. Its not their job to blame, its their job to retain you as a customer and perform service on your equipment.
