What is memory cleaner? Most of these memory optimizers make things worse.

Its a program I was recommended in a thread about memory being over extended to clean the memory

Get rid of that Memory Cleaner X thing. Your memory usage (in that screenshot) looks perfectly fine.

When are you getting those popups? A screenshot of Activity Monitor at that moment would be helpful.

Ok thanks! I will post it next time to you...

Holy ****ing ****, that thing is huge. If it doesn't stop after the reinstall, contact the Skype dev team directly. A memory leak this big is just unacceptable and they need to know about it.

And (I'm definitely not trying to be rude) was it even necessary to post the screenshot after all? I mean, there it is, Skype using four times your physical RAM, doesn't that look suspicious to you?

I would have noticed it but now sure why I honestly didn't, lets see what will happen now that I have reinstalled the system!

Another question about the battery should I keep my laptop plugged in or should I let the battery drain to 50% and then charge.? I usually keep it plugged in for about 4-5hrs then 1-2hrs without charging.
