Key tap sound in phone dial - iOS6

It seems the key tap sounds are permanent on the keypad section of the phone app. I checked my keyboard clicks are set to OFF but it still makes that annoying key tap sound when i punch in numbers. Any way to get rid of it?
It was working fine in 5.1.1, after upgrading to iOS 6 i noticed the issue? 😕
