This has been an issue since before mavericks, but does anyone know how to enable the newer keyboard accents lik è, é, ê etc in programs like MS word where it just doesn't respond? Does each company/developer have to enable it specifically or is it in conflict with another function in these programs? any help would be appreciated.
In the past i found the same issue with firefox, but i no longer use it so i can't say now.
