The last two Public Betas have broken my keyboard and trackpad functionality. I am using a 2015 MacBook Pro 13". Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

Can you use a separate keyboard? If so, start Recovery OS and tell whether the problem persists.
Separate keyboard and mouse work. Went to the Apple Store, wiped the drive and installed El Capitan. Worked for about an hour. Broken again. Must be a hardware problem. Have another appointment at Apple tomorrow.

Yeah, I have a 2011 MacBookPro8,2 that now constantly behaves as if there's no keyboard or trackpad. And if I recall correctly, when problems began the behaviour was intermittent.
