keyboard appears and won't go away

Not sure what I am doing to get this to appear but on my 6+ in the last 3 days I have had a keyboard appear on the bottom of the phone and freeze in place, have to reboot the phone to get rid of it, can't swipe to get it to go away nothing works.

any advice
