I need to measure something, but I don't have a ruler here
and can't easily acquire one now. I wonder if someone could
help. The size of the thing is equal to this distance:

Exactly 4.125 inches...or 10.4775 cm....10.5 if you care about significant figures. 0.125 = 1/8, BTW.
