Who use the wireless keyboard , you have the battery level in system preferences in El Capitan ?

It's located in the Bluetooth System Prefs:
"Show Bluetooth in Menu Bar"

whaT? im talking about the battery level here of the keyboard, not bluetooth

That'll give you the battery level of each of your bluetooth devices, including your keyboard.

Now you understand? on my keyboard in bottom nothing appear about battery level

Do what @Partron22 said to you in Post #2. After that you can see the keyboard battery level in the menu bar. You understand?
