Keyboard blank and then appears in Messages??

Anybody else having this issue? Really starting to bother me- when get a text and click on it, my keyboard is completely white with no keys showing, and then after about 2 seconds everything appears normally. This doesn't happen every time, maybe about 1 out of 5 times clicking on a text, but enough to make it very annoying.

Anybody else experiencing this? Wondering if this is a software issue, some kind of phone glitch, or what?

Yes, you are not alone. I'm running iOS 9.0.2 on my iPhone ^ Plus...same thing. And using quick reply text is a really horrible experience a lot of the times.
