Anyone else have to press really hard when trying to activate the keyboard curser? My 3D sensitivity is set to low and it works fine when pressing on the icons or links/thumbnails.

Is there other settings for keyboard only that I’m missing?

I get better results if I press decisively on the keyboard. A slow, steady press seems to fail more often - surprisingly little strength is required for a successful activation.

I’m gonna sound like an idiot but what do you mean by decisively?

Don’t hesitate with the press. The moment your finger touches the screen, go to required pressure (as said, not that much pressure is required). Don’t rest the finger lightly on the screen and then gradually increase pressure. It’s not like peek and pop where you vary the pressure.

For me this way seems to work better.

It does feel a bit off to me compared to before. Not sure, but I think it works a bit better in 11.2.

Or maybe it’s all in my head.

When I do that it often highlights the letter to see if there’s different option for they word like e=È,éê. And other times your suggestion works. Maybe the oled screen that has different kind of sensitivity than lcd

I suspect it’s because oled screens have different kind of sensitivity than lcd
