Keyboard fix for iOS 8.3 and older.

For everyone that is currently running iOS versions before 8.3, I am sure you aware of the annoying period key/short space bar that constantly causes you to type the period "." key when entering an address.

I am currently using an iPhone 6, on iOS 8.1 jailbroken and do not wish to upgrade yet.
I was wondering if anyone is aware of a keyboard tweak/fix (similar to iOS 8.3) that I could install to solve this issue that has already been resolved in the latest iOS update. I am not interested in 3rd party keyboards. If you are aware of such a tweak, please let me know.

I've already checked and there doesn't seem to be much other than a 3rd party keyboard talk.
