Keyboard illumination goes on and off under normal light conditions

Yeah and it really annoys me! I only want it to go on when its really dark and I cant see the letters and not under normal light conditions.. (Well yeah it is a bit dark but I can still see the letters pretty well)

Can anyone help? Thanks =)
