Are there any issues with the currenr 13 incht MBP 2019? I plan to buy a new macbook. I'm deciding between the entry level MBP 2019 13 inch and the new Macbook Air. It all boils down to the keyboard.

Keyboard Issue with 2019 MBP 13

The 13" MBP is still using the flawed/defective butterfly keyboard, so yes to answer your question there are still issues with it
I would wait a bit and see if the 14" with the magic keyboard comes out.
But the choice between Air and MBP 13/14" will come down to what you do. Lighter usage lends itself to the Air, heavier usage toward the Pro. And course there is the price difference to consider.
