I have some serious Keyboard issues with MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013)..first off the A,D, O keys re worn

Then the D key died, i removed the actual key off the keyboard to continue typing (very hard) to use the D key, now i have issues with the A and S Keys..

do i have to replace the whole Keyboard now?

I have never seen anyone make holes in their keyboard like that.

Replacing keyboard would be expensive. I suggest buy a new Mac and type with the pads of your fingers if you have long fingernails.

Really weird... I'm curious, do you often use moisturizer on your hands? I would almost guess there's some sort of chemical reaction happening between the plastic and an oil or chemical in a skin product, causing the plastic keys to disintegrate over time.

there are no holes, besides the A key removed the other the keys faded, i found many other owners with this issue with macbooks made between 2012 - present, it seems as Apple implemented cheaper materials for profit.
