Keyboard Layout Help Request

I've done something both humorously funny and annoying: while adding an Italian layout to my iPad, I also accidentally added Russian.

I can't figure out how to remove it. The interface only features an "Add New Keyboard" facility and Google isn't much help. Maybe one of you iPad experts can help me get rid of this pesky mistake?

How do you add keyboard layouts? Is there a Spanish keyboard layout?

Settings -> International -> Keyboards -> Add New Keyboard

Use with caution, and yes, there is Spanish.
