How do I control the selection of buttons without a mouse? I've been a laptop user for years, so I always have the track pad when the mouse is inoperative. I was trying to use Disk Warrior on my wife's iMac, and couldn't figure out how to alternate between the Cancel and Rebuild buttons. The tab key usually moves from one to the other, but not always. Return or Enter usually activates the choice, but I couldn't get anywhere with that one, either. Is there a comprehensive guide available?

I've checked this - http://guides.macrumors.com/Keyboard_shortcuts - no answers here.

Thanks

In the Keyboard & Mouse pane of System Preferences there should be an option to give full keyboard access to all controls, not just text boxes and lists. Tick this option and you should then be able to navigate almost anything with TAB.
