I used a desk with a hub where i plug multiple different devices in to use. Sort of like a 'hot desk'.

Can i use the Apple Keybord and Mouse in a wired configuration into my hub, to share using them between my PC & my Mac?

You can use the Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad wired, and it will use the USB cable instead of Bluetooth. You cannot use Magic Mouse wired. You might need drivers for the trackpad on your PC.

Keyboard is great .. mouse might be problematic then - doh!

Anybody know if the Magic Mouse works on Windows?

My advice is to be aware you could have problems doing this.
Not saying you are going to have problems, but be aware they could arise if you don't have the keyboard and mouse plugged directly into the Mac.

If it works for you, well... it works.
But if at some point things don't seem to be working right, that's one of the first issues you may need to deal with to resolve the situation...
