Resolved Keyboard | Multiple letters in one tap

My daughter dropped the ipad, the screen shattered, but it's all fixed now
Then I got this error
One tap on the keyboard, and it comes out double, triple of the same letters
Let say I press "A", it will typed AAAA
or BBB CCCCC DDD

is this the OS problem? corrupted OS?
or is it more of a hardware issue such as digitizer?

I think I saw it somewhere couple years ago regarding this issue

It sounds like hardware. I'd go back to the Genius Bar and talk to them.
