Keyboard not QWERTY but AZERTY

Anyone notice that the iPhone 4.0 Keyboard is not your standard QWERTY layout? Kind of a pain when typing! 😕

Is there someway of making this the standard QWERTY layout?
The Q and A are switched, the Z and W are switched and M is moved up one row.
