Keyboard Pairing Problem

I've searched the internet high and low, including the threads on this forum, but it doesn't seem to have solved my problem.

I'm trying to pair a (nearly) new white plastic keyboard with my Hackintosh. The Hac finds the KB easily, I then put in the required code and hit enter - then the icon changes to green (in the attached image) but then the page on the right says that it was unable to pair and the dot changes to red.

It was previously paired (but no unpaired) with another mac.

I can't seem to get it to work at all. Any help would be much appreciated.

Then changes to this after a minute of trying to connect.

Went down and tried it on the emac (with the same dongle I'm using) and it worked first time. Set it up in about 15 seconds.

SOLVED:

To people looking for a solution and have found this page, here is what I did...

Download OSX 10.5.5 combo update from the apple website, right click on the package inside the dmg and open with Pacifist (you'll probably need to download this) and go to system/library/extensions and extract IOBluetoothFamily.kext and IOBluetoothHIDDriver.kext - then put them in Macintosh HD>system>library>extensions.

Restart.
