The keyboard on my Macbook Pro is behaving weirdly. It's basically only working sporadically.
When it doesn't work, nothing works. I try hitting all the keys in multiple programs, and get no response. Additionally, I hit the Caps Lock, and the green light does not turn on. However, I can plug in an external keyboard into the USB port, and the external keyboard will work while the MacPro keyboard does not.
It's frustrating because it's sporadic--sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it comes back on its own, but the only reliable way to get it to turn on again is to re-start the computer.
Any ideas? Or is this a job for AppleCare?
