Also, anyone know a good way to get the cd open/close and volume up/down keys to map on a non-Apple keyboard?

Nice and low profile, keys are quick and snappy unlike larger keys. You have other options though. Easiest choice is to try to get your hands on an older Apple keyboard.

I am not a big fan of the aluminum keyboard that came with my Mac Pro. If it were my work computer, I would have a tactile pro keyboard.
