Keyboard shortcut for "Normal" & "Fixed size" marquee?

I've tried googling everywhere with no luck so desperately hoping someone here can help... is there or is it possible to set a keyboard shortcut for switching between "normal" and "fixed size" marquee?

It's something I use constantly and having to go back to the toolbar each time is killing me because every other step in the process has a shortcut...

Create a tool preset, then an Action that does nothing except selects that tool preset (you can give the action a keyboard shortcut)
