Keyboard shortcut

Hey. I am new in the Mac community. I am still learning the new things. Recently i read an article for the key shortcuts. In finder when i press Cmd + Del nothing happen. The file is still there and it is not moved to trash. Is there something i must do before to enable this shortcut?😕

Do you press CMD+Backspace or CMD+DEL?
Backspace is the key above the Enter key, but you might already know that and use it.

Does the same happen in another, temporarily created account?

Lol. With Cmd + Backspace is working. I tried this and it is working. But why they wrote Cmd + DEL?😕 Thanks!

On European keyboard like yours the key is marked with an arrow (for backspace) but on US keyboards it says DELETE.
