Keyboard Shortcuts Not Working?

So i'm not sure if the issue has been on going since I upgraded, but I just trie using my shortcuts not ie. elm -->myemail@gmail.com, and it doesn't work...

The shortcuts are still there in my iphone but none are working....

ANyone else?

Mine stopped working after the upgrade but after a complete restore work fine
