hello,

i have the Apple Wired Keyboard.

I want to set the F13-F19 keys to open applications or something. It seems tht I cannot set them with Keyboard Shortcut preferences, so is there any recommended App. for hotkeys stuff?

ok i downloaded quicksilver and i managed to hotkey F13-F15.

It won't let me hotkey F16-F19 though. Do you know why this might be the case?

never mind. it works, but it just doesn't show that F16 is assigned to the Key.

Thanks

Yeah, I tried that out before I posted and found the same thing. The previous generation of Mac keyboards only went up to F15, and Quicksilver sadly hasn't been updated in a long time. It just doesn't have names applied to those particular key codes.

It's basically feature-complete, so as long as it remains compatible with the latest versions of OS X, I'm okay. If does not support Snow Leopard, I am not upgrading to Snow Leopard. A Mac without Quicksilver is no Mac at all.
