Keyboard Trouble

My mac keyboard has a problem, when I type a "q" it comes out as an "a", when I type an "a" it comes out as "q" its the same with "w" and "z" and "m" and ";" any ideas why and how I can fix it?
 
Check your Input Menu settings in the International pane of System Preferences to make sure they're appropriate for your keyboard layout. 🙂
