Keychain Access for Web Logins

Is there a way to call saved passwords from Keychain? I use Chrome and was simply dumbfounded by the fact all one has to do is click "Show" to get the plaintext from the Chrome password manager. It'd be awesome if I could do a right-click to call Keychain, enter my computer's password, then have Keychain feed in the appropriate password.

I'm aware of Lastpass, but I'd prefer to use Keychain Access.
