Just started checking out this on my new mac and was wondering what the entries are listed here. Are these all actions that I performed. Just wondering what the purpose of this utiity is.

In simple terms, it's a list of all your saved passwords. If you no longer wish to automatically log into a service or device, you can remove the saved password by using Keychain Access.
