Keychain Madness

I sync a work MacPro, a MacBook, a home iMac and my iPhone and recently added my Keychain to the list of things I sync. It all works fine, EXCEPT every time it syncs it asks me to sync 30 or 40 Keychain items, none of which I have changed, used or added. Every day. Day after Day.
What's up with that? Should I pull Keychain? Give it a rest?
