Keychain not complete after reinstall

I reinstalled my iMac yesterday and after the reinstall, many of the passwords are gone from the Keychain in Safari.

They are still there on my iPhone X and on my MacBook Pro. Also, my CC's are properly synced. But for some reason, only a few of my passwords are available in Safari on the iMac? I tried shutting off the Keychain, turning it on on the most updated one (the MacBook Pro), and then reactivating it on the iMac with no dice.

Any suggestions? 🙁
