Keychain Problems!

Trying to set up Keychain on my wife Mac. When it as for a approval code the code goes to MY devices (iPhone,iPad etc) when I go into my wife system prefrences>Icloud>keychain>options , it does not show a verification number,or a place to enter one. Can someone please help? Thx

The devices all need to be logged in to the same iCloud account. It sounds like perhaps the wife's machine is not.

Just go to System Prefs and in the iCloud pane look to make sure it is logged in to the same account.
