Keychain waiting for approval

So I am currently not signed into keychain on any device and am trying to sign in on Yosemite. Because I can not verify keychain with another device I have to enter my code. I enter my code and it has a little setting up circle loading icon, before saying it still needs approval from another device. No matter how many times I enter the code this always happens! And I can't verify from another device because I do not have another device. Any knowledge on how to fix this problem without wiping my keychain would be much appreciated. 🙂
