I am trying to set up a slide show with a moving background. I have the moving background part of that solved, but when I advance slides the background resets the animation. Though it is only a minor annoyance with the backgrounds I am using, I would like to solve the issue. One workaround that I am currently using is to set up the text boxes with an order all on the same slide. This works fine as long as there are no spelling mistakes, etc that will require changes in the future. How do I set it up such that the background moves independently of the slide advancement? Also, if I want to set it so that a different background is used after, say 10 slides, how would this be accomplished? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Maybe in the next version of Keynote?

Just read this lonely post searching for a solutions to this. I'm afraid it's not possible in the current version of Keynote, but yeah, wouldn't it be great if a moving, looping background could run uninterrupted behind several slides?

I have suggested this to Apple using this form, and it'd be great if others chimed in as well.
