iPhone Keypad Dialer crashes before open after jailbreak

Guys plz help me out
the green icon dialer is just there and when i click on it a white page pops up and then crashes to the home screen..all i did was installing winterboard and a couple of theme and a ringtone downloader...i removed them all..respring/reboot but no go yet!
what are my options? restore using itune?
